The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities.  CCC Confer allows all persons to participate, offering a customizable user interface for Deaf or hard of hearing and Blind or low vision individuals.  Closed captioning services are offered and screen reader equipment can be used in a CCC Confer session.
