We are committed to providing the California Community Colleges system with the highest quality Web conferencing technology and services in support of meetings, collaboration and e-learning environments.
Our Vision
That CCC Confer becomes the preferred tool for all California Community College faculty, staff, administrators and students to meet, teach, learn and collaborate to enhance the business of education and produce higher student outcomes.
Our Credo
We serve the faculty, staff and students of the California Community Colleges system. We strive to provide the highest quality service and support in Web conferencing technology. We are committed to the research, analysis and operations necessary to provide a fiscally responsible product and project.
We are committed to the campuses and communities in which we serve. We strive to be professional in our manner and approach. We are committed to educating and service the various stakeholders in order to assist in their needs. Clients will be serviced promptly and efficiently. Our vendors will be treated professionally and courteously.
We are committed to our staff who serve the project. Everyone is considered an individual and is valued for his/her contributions. Staff members are encouraged to make suggestions to the overall success of the project. We provide a fair and consistent professional management team. We incorporate written protocol for all staff.
We are committed to the mission of the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, which funds this project, and to Palomar College, which houses the operations. We will provide accurate and timely reports to support the requirements of both the Chancellor’s Office and Palomar College.
Finally, we are committed to the taxpayers in the State of California that represent the communities served. The project must be mindful of the funds and funding. We must be open to the technologies and the new ideas they generate. In executing our workplans and evaluating our successes and challenges, the People of the State of California will receive a return on their investment in this project.
