Java Sun - Determine if Java is Installed on Your Computer
"One moment, please loading..." is a message that appears when logging into your CCC Confer session. If this message appears for an extended period of time, your computer is probably missing Java Sun, or there is more than one version installed. To identify and correct this problem, follow the steps below.
Click Start on your desktop to locate and open the Control Panel.
The Control Panel lists all the options programs. Click Add or Remove Programs.
A list of installed programs populates in alphabetical order. Look for J2SE Runtime Environment.
If more than one versionis listed, remove the older copies by clicking on the version in the list, then click Remove.
Restart your browser for the change to take effect.
If Java (J2SE Runtime Environment) is not installed, download a free copy from http://www.java.sun.com Remember to restart your browser after downloading Java.
